Before submitting a subscription, read the complete Offering Circular and subscription agreement for the applicable Series. Those documents control over all Help Center, platform, athlete-profile, projection, and marketing summaries.

Review at least:

  • the Units offered and the Series structure;

  • the Brand Advisory Agreement and defined Brand Amounts;

  • risk factors, conflicts, fees, expenses, reserves, dilution, and use of proceeds;

  • financial information, assumptions, and the forward-looking-statement caution;

  • distribution provisions and Manager discretion;

  • transfer restrictions and the absence of a current public trading market;

  • the plan of distribution and Andes Capital Group’s best-efforts role; and

  • eligibility, investment limits, KYC/AML review, jurisdiction, funding, and Series acceptance.

SEC qualification permits sales of the qualified offering. It is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, verification of investment merit or projections, or a suitability determination. Investors may lose their entire investment.
