Before submitting a subscription, review the complete Offering Circular and subscription agreement for the applicable Series. Those documents control over athlete profiles, Help Center articles, platform summaries, projections, and marketing materials.

Important items include:

  • the Units being offered and the Series legal structure;

  • the Brand Advisory Agreement and defined Brand Amounts;

  • offering price, minimum subscription, fees, expenses, reserves, dilution, and use of proceeds;

  • risk factors, conflicts of interest, financial information, and forward-looking statements;

  • distribution provisions and Manager discretion;

  • transfer restrictions and the absence of a current public trading market;

  • the plan of distribution, Andes Capital Group’s best-efforts role, and subscription acceptance; and

  • investor eligibility, investment limits, KYC/AML review, and jurisdictional restrictions.

SEC qualification permits sales; it is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, verification of projections, or a suitability determination. Investors may lose their entire investment.
