How do I subscribe for Units in an offering

Z
Written by Zach Kurtz

A subscription is a request to purchase Units from a specific Series of Agentiq Sports 1 Series LLC. It is not a purchase of the athlete, Agentiq as a whole, the Manager, or another Series.

Before submitting

  1. Open the applicable offering page.

  2. Read the complete Offering Circular and subscription agreement. The Offering Circular controls over all platform summaries.

  3. Review the Unit terms, offering price, minimum subscription, fees, use of proceeds, risk factors, Brand Amount definition, conflicts, and plan of distribution.

  4. Complete required KYC/AML checks and provide the information needed to determine investor eligibility, investment limits, and lawful jurisdiction.

Submit the subscription

  1. Enter the requested subscription amount.

  2. Sign the subscription agreement.

  3. Provide the required funding authorization.

  4. Submit the request for review.

Submitting or funding a request does not guarantee issuance. The subscription remains subject to the Offering Circular, subscription agreement, cleared funds, investor eligibility, lawful jurisdiction, and acceptance by the applicable Series.

Andes Capital Group, LLC conducts offerings on a best-efforts basis. It is not obligated to purchase Units or assure that any amount will be sold.

After acceptance

If the subscription is accepted and funding clears, Units are issued and recorded for the investor. The Manager intends to consider quarterly distributions only after qualifying Brand Amounts are paid to the Series and Free Cash Flow is available. Distributions are not guaranteed.

No public trading market currently exists. SEC qualification permits sales; it is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, or a suitability determination. These Units are speculative and investors may lose their entire investment.
