Securities offerings available through Agentiq are conducted under the legal and regulatory framework described in each applicable Offering Circular. Avoid treating “Agentiq is regulated” as a blanket statement about every company activity or as an assurance of investment merit.
SEC qualification
For a qualified Regulation A offering, SEC qualification permits sales of the securities covered by the qualified offering statement. It is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, verification of future results, or a determination that the investment is suitable.
Issuer and broker-dealer roles
The issuer is the applicable Series of Agentiq Sports 1 Series LLC. Andes Capital Group, LLC acts as broker-dealer on a best-efforts basis. Andes is not obligated to purchase Units or assure that any amount will be sold.
Subscriptions remain subject to the Offering Circular, subscription agreement, KYC/AML and sanctions checks, investor eligibility and limits, lawful jurisdiction, cleared funds, and acceptance by the applicable Series.
Continuing risk
Regulatory filings and broker-dealer involvement do not eliminate risk. Distributions and returns are not guaranteed. No public trading market currently exists, and any future approved ATS, investor access, order execution, liquidity, or resale price is not assured. Investors may lose their entire investment.
