What protections and risks apply to my investment

Z
Written by Zach Kurtz

Regulatory filings, offering disclosures, KYC/AML procedures, broker-dealer participation, recordkeeping, escrow or custody arrangements, and other controls may apply as described in the applicable Offering Circular. These measures do not guarantee investment performance, principal, distributions, liquidity, or continued platform operations.

SEC qualification permits sales of a qualified offering. It is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, verification of investment merit, or a suitability determination. Andes Capital Group, LLC conducts offerings on a best-efforts basis and is not obligated to purchase Units or assure any sales amount.

Investors purchase Units in the applicable Series. They do not purchase an athlete, Agentiq as a whole, the Manager, or another Series. Review the Offering Circular for the exact structure, service providers, handling of funds, conflicts, business-continuity risks, and limits of any protections.

The Units are speculative, are not bank deposits, are not FDIC insured, have no guaranteed return or principal protection, and currently have no public trading market. Investors may lose their entire investment.
