A “pending” status can mean that funding, KYC/AML review, sanctions screening, investor eligibility, jurisdiction, compliance review, or Series acceptance is incomplete.
A pending subscription is not final merely because it was entered or funding was initiated. It remains subject to the applicable Offering Circular, subscription agreement, cleared funds, eligibility and investment limits, lawful jurisdiction, and acceptance by the applicable Series.
Do not assume that Units have been issued while a request is pending. Check the account notice and contact support if additional information is requested or the status remains unresolved.
