What is Agentiq?

We’re transforming the relationship between fans and athletes by creating a new way for supporters to back the athletes they believe in.

For Athletes:

Maintain control over your career and earnings
Share success with your biggest supporters
How does this investment work?
The short version: You are investing in Series Units — not in the athlete personally or in their employment contract.
1. You buy Series Units
Your investment is in a dedicated Series of Agentiq Sports 1 Series LLC (for example, Agentiq Sports 1 Series Esmerlyn Valdez Ramirez).
2. The Series holds the contract
Its primary asset is a Brand Advisory Agreement that gives the Series a contractual right to a percentage of defined Brand Income, subject to the agreement’s terms and adjustment provisions.
3. Cash may be distributed
After Series expenses, taxes and reserves, the Manager may declare pro rata distributions of available Free Cash Flow. Distributions are not guaranteed.
What counts as Brand Income?
Covered on-field compensation may include salary, signing bonuses and performance bonuses. Endorsements, sponsorships, appearances, NIL and other off-field income are excluded.
Important distinctions:
Unit holders are not parties to the Brand Advisory Agreement and cannot enforce it directly.
The Series does not own the athlete, their NIL, or their off-field earnings.

What is an Athlete Offering?
An Athlete Offering is when an athlete first makes a portion of their future earnings available to fans on Agentiq through a Regulation A+ qualified offering.
How it works:
The athlete decides what percentage of future earnings to offer (typically 1-15%)
A valuation is determined based on projected career earnings
Securities are priced and made available to participants
Once the offering closes, holders begin receiving distributions from the athlete’s earnings
Key Details:
Offerings are SEC-qualified under Regulation A+
Each offering includes an Offering Circular with detailed information
You can review athlete stats, projections, and risk factors before participating
