Yes. Agentiq offers a referral program governed by the Agentiq Referral Program Terms and Conditions, last updated August 6, 2026. The complete Program Terms control over this summary.

  • Eligible referrer reward: $25 for each qualifying referral.

  • Eligible new-user reward: $25 to apply toward the new user’s first qualifying investment.

  • Availability: U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.

  • Referral code: A unique six-character code that expires 90 days after it is generated.

  • Wallet required: Referral bonuses are delivered through the Agentiq wallet.

Who can refer someone?

To participate as a referrer, you must:

  • have an active, verified Agentiq account in good standing;

  • have completed at least one investment on Agentiq;

  • be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old; and

  • comply with the Program Terms and Agentiq Terms of Service.

Who qualifies as a referred user?

The referred person must:

  • be a new Agentiq user with no prior account;

  • sign up using a valid referral code;

  • be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old;

  • complete identity verification, including applicable KYC/AML checks;

  • set up an Agentiq wallet; and

  • complete a first qualifying investment within 90 days after creating the account.

How do I refer someone?

  1. Open the Referral section in your Profile tab.

  2. Copy your unique six-character referral code.

  3. Share the code directly with an eligible friend, family member, or other potential user.

  4. The new user must enter the code during sign-up. A code entered after account creation does not qualify unless the Program Terms expressly permit it.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or post the code as spam.

When are the bonuses credited?

Referred user

After the referred user completes wallet setup, the $25 bonus is made available to apply toward the first qualifying investment. The bonus reduces the amount the referred user must fund personally for that investment, subject to the Program Terms and current platform functionality.

Referrer

The referrer’s $25 bonus is credited after the referred user’s first qualifying investment is approved, clears, and settles through the applicable broker-dealer process. Processing may take several business days.

Referral bonuses are credited as wallet balance and may be used toward future investments. Any withdrawal availability is subject to the Program Terms, wallet terms, and current platform functionality.

What is a qualifying first investment?

The investment must:

  • be the referred user’s first investment on Agentiq;

  • be completed within 90 days after account creation;

  • successfully complete the applicable review, approval, funding, and settlement process; and

  • not be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or charged back.

If the first investment fails or is reversed, neither participant is entitled to the associated bonus. Agentiq may recover a bonus already credited in connection with a reversed or failed transaction.

What activities are prohibited?

The Program prohibits:

  • self-referrals or creating multiple accounts;

  • fake, duplicate, automated, or fictitious accounts;

  • buying or selling referral codes;

  • paying for referrals or offering incentives beyond those provided by Agentiq;

  • spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or bulk forum distribution;

  • fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud; and

  • false or misleading statements about Agentiq, an offering, the Program, or potential investment returns.

Violations may result in disqualification, revoked bonuses, account review or suspension, removal from the Program, and recovery of improperly credited rewards.

What happens after a chargeback or failed transaction?

A chargeback, insufficient-funds return, or other reversal may place the referral under review. The referrer may temporarily become ineligible to earn new bonuses while Agentiq completes its assessment. Repeated failed or reversed transactions may result in permanent removal from the Program or platform.

Can the Program change?

Agentiq may modify reward amounts, change the Program Terms with reasonable notice, alter referral limits or code-expiration periods, or suspend or terminate the Program. Reward changes apply to new referrals; qualifying referrals already in progress are governed by the reward amount in effect when the code was used, as stated in the Program Terms.

Referral rewards may be taxable. Participants are responsible for applicable reporting and taxes, and Agentiq may issue tax documentation when required.

Important investment information

A referral is not an investment recommendation or assurance that a subscription will be accepted. Participants must not promise returns, describe Units as ownership of an athlete, or make claims about pricing, scarcity, liquidity, suitability, or future performance.

Each investment remains subject to the applicable Offering Circular, subscription agreement, investor eligibility and limits, lawful jurisdiction, KYC/AML review, cleared funds, and acceptance by the applicable Series.

SEC qualification permits sales of a qualified offering; it is not SEC approval, recommendation, endorsement, or a suitability determination. Investments are speculative, returns are not guaranteed, and investors may lose their entire investment.
