How do I receive distributions?
Distributions are your share of an athlete’s earnings. Here’s how they work:
How Distributions Flow:
Athlete earns qualifying Brand Amounts (on-field salary and bonuses)
The agreed percentage flows to the escrow managed by North Capital and Agentiq Sports Series LLC.
Distributions are allocated proportionally to shareholders based on shares owned and free cash flow
Funds are deposited to your Agentiq wallet or bank account
Distributions are intended to occur on a quarterly basis once qualifying Brand Amounts are paid to the Series, subject to the availability of Free Cash Flow. Distributions are not guaranteed.
Receiving Your Distributions:
Distributions appear in your wallet automatically (if not set up then deposited to your bank account)
You’ll receive a notification when distributions are credited
You can withdraw to your bank account or reinvest
When will I receive payouts?
Distributions are intended to occur quarterly once qualifying Brand Amounts are paid to the Series, subject to the availability of Free Cash Flow. Distributions are not guaranteed.

On-field bonuses
Important Notes:
We will not provide a specific “next payout” date unless a distribution has actually been declared
Administrative processing and compliance verification may be required
You’ll be notified via email and in-app when distributions are made

How are distributions calculated?
Basic Formula:
Your Distribution = (Your Shares / Total Shares) × Athlete Earnings × Offering Percentage
Example:
You own 100 shares out of 10,000 total shares (1%)
Athlete Offering offered 5% of future earnings
Athlete earns $1,000,000
Shareholder pool receives: $1,000,000 × 5% = $50,000
Your distribution: $50,000 × 1% = $500

Management fees (1-3% of distributions that occur) are automatically deducted from distributions

Underperformance: Fewer distributions than projected
Injury: May reduce or pause earnings temporarily or permanently
Career End: Distributions stop when earnings stop
